You’ve experienced a total loss fire, hurricane or tornado.

OUR UNIQUE MEMORY JOGGER™ SYSTEM IS THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY FOR COMPILING A CONTENTS INVENTORY FOLLOWING A TOTAL LOSS FIRE, HURRICANE OR TORNADO.

How We Can Help

THE SERVICES WE OFFER IN ALL 50 STATES:

IN-DEPTH CONSULTATION

Our team will conduct an in-depth consultation with you to go over our Memory Jogger™ System. Following that call, we'll send you a unique client packet containing everything you need to help us compile the most complete inventory possible.

CREATE INVENTORY OF DAMAGED ITEMS

Once we've received your Memory Jogger™ information, we'll start working on your non-salvageable contents inventory. There will be some back and forth communications as we strive to create a complete inventory.

PROVIDE FINAL INVENTORY FOR SUBMISSION TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY

Once you've approved the inventory list and valuation, we will provide this list to either you, your attorney, or your public adjuster to submit to your insurance company for payment.

How to Get Started

START THE PROCESS

We serve all 50 states. Getting started with us is easy. Follow these simple steps:

CONTACT US

If you have a total loss where nothing can be cleaned, packed out, or salvaged, give us a call to set up a free, no-obligation consultation to determine if our services are a good fit for what you or your client need on the claim. We work with attorneys, public adjusters and homeowners. We also get referrals from restoration contractors, as well. We serve clients in all 50 states.

CREATING THE INVENTORY

The first step will be going through our Memory Jogger™ system to determine all the items you lost. Our system is a unique app you can use on your phone, tablet, laptop or computer. You'll also need to gather any supporting documentation you have that will help us accurately determine the value of your items. We'll give you instructions for how to submit these items to us.

RELAX

Once you've completed the Memory Jogger™ system and given us any documentation you have, it's time for us to get to work and for you to turn your attentions to other aspects of your claim. We’ve got the contents part from here. We'll create your inventory and valuation (if you've ordered that service) and provide it to either you, your attorney, or your public adjuster for submission to your insurance company for payment.
