Our Fees

Our fees are set up to accommodate the level of service you, your attorney, public adjuster, contractor, or insurance agent request.  We are very transparent about what we charge.  Creating a proper inventory and valuation is a time-consuming process.  We aren’t the cheapest out there.  We know that.  But, our Memory Jogger™ system is unique in the industry.  It makes the creation of contents inventories much quicker and much more complete.  Additionally, we are one of the few contents specialists who does not seek work from the insurance companies.  Thus, we have no motivation to low-ball the value of your contents to save your insurance company money.  We pride ourselves in creating inventories and valuations that will result in the most accurate representation of what you owned before your loss.  Our pricing is as follows:

Flat-Rate Pricing For Inventory List Only

Create a list of all your items in Excel format ready for you to valuate.

Flat-Rate Pricing For Full Inventory & Valuation

Create a complete list (including a valuation for each item that includes reasonable depreciation) ready to turn in to your insurance company.
(Note: Inventories created for attorneys or public adjusters can include whatever logo and/or branding you prefer.)
$ 3,500 (starting price for inventories of $60k - $75k ACV)
  • $4,500 for full inventory and valuation of $76k to $100k ACV.
  • $6,000 for full inventory and valuation of $101k to $125k ACV.
  • $7,500 for full inventory and valuation of $126k to $150k ACV.
  • $9,000 for full inventory and valuation of $151k to $175k ACV.
  • $10,500 for full inventory and valuation of $176k to $200k ACV.
  • $12,000 for full inventory and valuation of $201k to $225k ACV.
  • $13,500 for full inventory and valuation of $226k to $250k ACV.
  • $15,000 for full inventory and valuation of $251k to $275k ACV.
  • $16,500 for full inventory and valuation of $276k to $300k ACV.
  • $18,000 for full inventory and valuation of $301k to $325k ACV.
  • $19,500 for full inventory and valuation of $326k to $350k ACV.
  • $21,000 for full inventory and valuation of $351k to $375k ACV.
  • $22,500 for full inventory and valuation of $376k to $400k ACV.
Full Service

Payment Due Dates:

Inventory Only List:  $1,500 is due and payable prior to our delivery of the list to you.

Inventory and Valuation:  Invoice is due 7 days after receipt of the ACV payment from the insurance company.  We will send an invoice with a preliminary total based off of our ACV valuation when we return the Inventory & Valuation to you.  However, that total will be adjusted once the actual ACV payment is received.
