Tavisha Grant, our Managing Director, has been a licensed Arizona public adjuster since 2013, although this is not a public adjusting company.  With a background as a licensed insurance broker and experience as a legal secretary in insurance defense, she has dedicated over 30 years to serving homeowners through the claims process.

However, she founded Property Claim Service with a different mission: to specialize as a contents inventory and valuation service provider for homeowners who’ve lost everything.  While Tavisha enjoys the diverse aspects of public adjusting, she saw the need in the claims industry for a stand-alone service to help homeowners create a Contents Inventory & Valuation that can be submitted to their insurance company for payment on their own, or through their public adjuster, attorney, or contractor.

Understanding the unique challenges that public adjusters face, especially when it comes to handling contents without a dedicated “Contents” team, Tavisha recognized a critical need in the industry. Public adjusters often struggle to manage this undertaking when overwhelmed with other tasks and client demands. This insight led to the creation of Property Claim Service as a service vendor to support attorneys, public adjusters, restoration contractors, and homeowners in the completion of personal property inventories and valuations.

After years of working closely with homeowners, Tavisha developed the Memory Jogger™ system. This innovative approach helps homeowners recall items they owned before a loss, ensuring nothing is overlooked in the recovery process.  Instead of relying on memory alone, the Memory Jogger™ system provides a structured method to capture all lost items, offering unparalleled support during such a difficult time.

Gretchen Grant, our Operations Director, has been a licensed Arizona public adjuster since 2018.  She has honed her skills with leading public adjusting firms across the state, specializing in the intricacies of the contents portion of insurance claims.  Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every inventory she handles meets the highest standards, providing our clients with peace of mind during challenging times.

With a robust background in administration, Gretchen elevates our team’s professionalism and efficiency.  She plays a key role in developing streamlined workflows that align with our company’s goals, ensuring that every job progresses smoothly and on schedule.

Gretchen oversees the daily operations at our office, coordinating closely with our Contents Valuation Specialists to keep every claim moving forward.  Under her leadership, we are confident every inventory leaving our office not only meets, but exceeds our stringent quality guidelines.

In addition to working as a public adjuster, Gretchen has an extensive background working with various contractors across the trades.  This gives her a unique insight into the challenges that restoration professionals face during insurance jobs.  She knows that dealing with contents can be a significant pain point, and she’s here to alleviate that burden.
